If you require a company or pre-employment medical, our experienced GPs will carry out a head to toe assessment and provide a comprehensive written report to give to your employer or potential employer. We also carry out ESR drug testing and screening audiometry services when requested.

Medical examinations are generally required prior to scuba certification. Chadwick Healthcare GPs are fully qualified to conduct these assessments up to Open Water Diver certification.

For everyone’s safety, all drivers must be medically fit to drive on our roads. If you are aged over 75, are applying for a heavy vehicle licence or special endorsements, or suffer from a serious medical condition, you will be asked to provide a medical certificate each time you renew or replace your driver’s licence. Our GPs have copies of the NZ Transport Agency’s medical form which you can return to your driver licensing agent once we have assessed whether you are medically fit to drive.

Dr Hollister-Jones holds a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation and provides brain injury assessment services to ACC as well as contracting to a number of accredited employers in the area of work injury rehabilitation.
