If you can't get into your regular GP at Chadwick, or you’re looking for medical care after-hours, you could try the online GP service offered by Tend Health
How much does it cost?
Same price as our standard consultation fee of $57.
You’ll initially be charged $79 on a debit/credit card via the Tend app.
We’ll credit your Chadwick account by $22 so the cost will be same as a regular Chadwick consultation of $57.

New Enrolments
We are accepting patient enrolments at all our Locations.
Please complete the online form in the "virtual services" section. The enrolment process takes approximately 1 week as we have to request your notes from your previous practice, once we have received your notes you can make appointments.

Masks: Masks are recommended in all medical centres, we have masks available at reception if you forget yours.
Covid 19 symptoms: Patients who have any Covid-19 symptoms (cough, sore throat, runny nose or fever) will be required to have a phone consultation in the first instance. If a physical appointment is required then the GP will arrange this. There is no additional charge for this appointment type.
Phone Consultations: All of our doctors are able to provide Virtual consultations. If your appointment is for follow-up care or medical certificates this may well be done via a phone consultation. When booking on-line but please indicate your preferred contact number. The doctor will phone you as close to the appointed time as possible.
